I don't disagree. Lori returned to Sage after leaving for 2 1/2 yrs. Her timing coincides with a period where MAS was going to be webified. I think she likely came to the conclusion that there wasn't any room for her in the mid-market ERP product management beyond maintenance.
I've said this before: one reason we see so many bone-headed executions of programs is that experienced mid-level people have left, leaving only ""suits"" and quasi-tech people without bureaucratic experience to roll things out. So things like the cricket serenade about Sage 100 2014 repeatedly happen.
So, the relevance of plans for life without Sage edges higher. The SLA retreat looks more timely:
