According to Dawn Jaeger at Acumatica, she and Tom Costa will be attending but she thinks they only have attendee passes and no speaking role. We've slotted a Road Ahead session. Has anyone told the publishers about it?

Brian look in the project section of this group. I think you're on as the liaison for Acumatica. I believe they do have only attendee passes but we decided that to invite them as road ahead speakers due to a feeling that presenting diversification information (even if not as a paid sponsor) was important to our members.

Got it! I didn't realize the publishers (at least mine) had not been notified. It looks like xTuple doesn't have a liaison so I'll pick that one up too.

They'll probably ask what time they are speaking - I think after tomorrow we'll have an updated nearly final schedule since we may be doing some minor last minute juggling.

Found out yesterday they (Acumatica) forgot to registered at the hotel and missed the early bird. Doh!!

I don't see them as registered for anything on Eventbrite. What have they paid?? Same for xTuple?

we have had very few affiliates register on eventbright. They all paid Jeff directly.

From my notes, final schedules are being sent to Affiliates Jan 22, tomorrow.

The schedule will be final but we don't have all the session information yet.
