  • 1.  Access to File Layouts when multiple versions of Sage 100 installed on a server

    If version 2019 Standard or Advanced is installed on the same server as v2017 or below, will a user who only has the old version installed on a workstation access the new version's Resources->File Layouts or the old ones?  We have a client on v2014 Standard.  The plan is to install 2019 on the same server as 2014 and install a workstation on a test computer, not one used for production 2014 during testing phase.  They need to access File Layout information during the testing phase for both versions, if possible.

    From the user's production (2014) workstation, which Web Resources/File Layouts will be accessed?  The ones on the system for old version or go to the cloud for the new version?

    For versions before they went with the new web-based help files, you can find them here:
    Double-click on the correct CHM file and you can always open it manually.
