Sage 100

ACA1095-C AATRIX issue. V2014 SP7. Completed the Employer and Employee screens in Sage 100. Using eFiling menu option began the upload process. Got to Step 3 and the employer data looked OK except no contact info, so entered again. On the next step, found no employee data at all. Any ideas on what I should do to get this uploaded. Too many to re-enter manually and client has paid for eFiling.

I ran in to this at a client who could not go to SP7 due to an enhancement (they are on SP6) so I had to pull their data to my laptop. No employees would show up until I ran a data conversion even though Sage 100 never prompted me to.

Try clicking on the 1095-B form first and then click on the 1095-C form when you first go into the Federal eFiling screen. I seem to remember reading something about that to resolve the issue. It's worth a try.

In Payroll, go to ACA Employer maintenance. Change the saved record to 1094/1095-B. Accept it. Change it back to 1094/1095-C and Accept it.
