ACA Reporting Issue for Self Insured Coverage and form 1095-C. If you offered coverage to an employee but they are not on your self insured plan (not a covered individual), Sage decided to reprogram this year what data is fed to Aatrix. Even if the employee is not listed in Sage as a covered individual, when data is sent to Aatrix, the employee populates automatically as a covered individual. Aatrix then generates a big red error because none of the monthly boxes are checked. You must then delete each of these covered individuals one by one. This data is not in Sage but Sage creates this data when feeding it to Aatrix.
The Sage resolution is to uncheck the Self-Insured Checkbox (shown in the attachment) before sending data to Aatrix. Either way there is more manual manipulation involved.
