Hi there
I have a client reporting errors in creating the 1095C in Aatrix from data from Sage 100. I have also included an attachment of screen shots. I reached out to Aatrix and also included their response at the bottom, but the client states none of the proposed options work.
Any other words of wisdom?
His comments below:
For the smaller company, I manually corrected all the errors as they popped up, but I do not want to go through the same process for our larger company that has 642 entries. None of the employee data seems to be transferring into Aatrix when filing the 1095C.
If the employee has a dependent on their insurance coverage, the dependent's information shows, but not the employee. Again, I manually corrected all the errors in order to file the returns for the smaller company but I do not want to go through the same issues with the larger company.
Attached are the errors I received.
FROM AATRIX:
Hello,
The payroll is passing over dependent information, and if the company is not self-insured, they are not reported on the 1095C. This message is offering to remove them instead of the client manually removing all the lines.
If the company is self insured, and then needs to report the coverage on the dependents, change the answer on step 1.
1A is all inclusive, certifying the offer is affordable and does not need the employee share amount reported. 1F is un-affordable coverage, 1G is self insured coverage for PT emps, 1H is no coverage offered at all. None of these codes need an amount listed. If you copy the column out, paste into excel, remove the 0s, then paste it back, that is the quickest way to remove them.
Age (and zip) are only required for the HRA codes, if you're not using them, you can let the software remove the DOB as well.
For the 00 not passing, I can only advise to manually enter it into the preparer.
I think that covers your document, let me know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards,
