Abra - the 4.4 support matrix says Abra 9.1 requires Abra link 4.23 - 4.22 came built into Abra9.0x but it is not on 9.1. Where do you get the 4.23 link or what am I missing - thanks in advance!

Are you having success transfering employee info from MAS90 to Abra on a Win 7 Machine? They are getting error 429 - activeX component can't create object - works like a champ on Xp. Abra support does not know the problem.

The problem sounds very familiar. Thjis client had issues with it on a WIN 2008 server (I was RDP'ing via). It was also 64 OS. They claimed there was a fix out which really didn't fix it. Then they started in saying that it was a MAS issue. Then MAS dumped it back into Abra's lap. Ultimately, we just run the link from an XP. Is Abra working on the issue?

They were escalating but we logged this issue last year and hoped this would have been fixed now. The last XP machine is on its last leg and the new Win7 is sitting next to her until we fix since she is Abra daily.

My client doesn't have the install CD. We are now thinking that it installed autmatically when you rerun the abra client on the v9.1 install.

okay let me check the client - it normally just updates automatically.
