  • 1.  Aatrix W-2 Printing - Box 12-14 All Appear Combined

    Trying to print W-2s.  The employee roth 401(k) amount should isn't printing in box 12a.  "nexting" through the form, I dont see a column for box 12.  There is a column for box 14 and a drop down arrow with box 12, 13, etc.  How does this work?

    Did you flag the Deduction Code as a Box 12 Deduction before going into Aatrix?

    I should have added that you can always right click on the header to add a column, and then you can specify it as a Box 12 Column.  But if yu have a lot of 401k deductions, it is a heckofa lot easier to check the Box 12 under the Deduction Code Maintenance, with the appropriate label for the W-2.  And then Aatrix will automatically pull that in...

    Thanks @Sue Bennett !  The box was checked.  I had the customer start over and not save her work and then the column 12's magically showed up.  Something very strange.  Good to know you can manually add a column.
