    It's that time of year.

    Sage 100 2023 Advanced: 

    In Sage100 Accounts Payable>Reports>Form 1099 Tax Reporting, I am trying to run the program to generate 1099s. As always, we are asked to perform an update to make sure we have the most current information from the IRS (see image below):

     

    After selecting "Automatic Update", our IT Department had to put in their Admin credentials. After doing so, we got the below error. Any idea what is going on?

    Try choosing to run Sage as Administrator when opening it.

    I'll advise that they run as administrator.
