`i've spent quite a bit of time trying to troubleshoot this problem over the last two days with no luck.
When they go in to print W-2s, you get all the database information to be presented but when you go to the point of trying to actually print we get various errors. It appears to be all the forms have a similar problem.
Error opening AUF database c:\users.......\builder.asd (not the full path but it is in the users appdata folder)
File is not a data file database corruption detected c:\users.......\RMF.dbf
One other error refers to CODEBASE something or other (can't find my printout of that one at the moment)
I've uninstalled/reinstalled. Logged in as the administrator. Walked through Aatrix's help database and opened up the firewall for various aatrix web locations.
Same problems occurs at workstations and at the server.
I downloaded their system to my own network and it works just fine.
My best guess is that it has something to do with their network security set up blocking something but I'll be darned if we can figure out where it might be. It worked fine for them previously.
