    Aatrix re-printing of W2's from prior years. Customer wants to reprint a W2 from 2011. Gets the attached message. Can you really only reprint from the current year - 1?

    AP setup, options, History tab, Years to retain 1099 payment history is set to what? I think the default is two.

    The message you are getting suggests that you are re-running, not re-printing the forms. When you reprint Aatrix forms, you must select Existing Reports in the forms selection. Then you can select a previously processed report.
