Currently for clients completing their Q3 form 941, once they choose the next button they will receive the following message:
This form is not acceptable for 3rd quarter filings, check back periodically for updates. The message box has an OK button.
The IRS is making more changes to the 941 for Q3 2020 and hasn't finalized the changes yet.
If the client efiles their 941 form, they can choose OK and continue with their efiling.
If the client prints and mails their 941 form then they will need to wait until the IRS finalizes the form changes so that Aatrix can then push out an update to the form. They are expecting the changes to be finalized in the next few days.
