I finally resolved it by copying the SY_FormsEfilingVersion.m4t table from my v2017 (2019 nor 2018 worked) install. My payroll subscription runs through 12/31/23. KB
87888 indicates it was fixed in v2019. Seems to be back or never completely resolved......

Wow, is this EVER going to be resolved on a permanent basis. Only been seven years since this post started. Now on v2020 (PR 2.21.0) and the beat goes on. Very sad!

It may have been with the last product update. I have a client on v4.5 who I helpd a couple weeks back. To activate them, I used old log in to Sage On Line. This was before I installed their PU5. I had the above issue AFTER I installed PU 5. I was not prompted to enter my Sage On Line ID. It automatically looked. No prompting encountered.
