    Aatrix printing Demo mode. I have two copies of v4.5 installed. My MAS 200 version is able to access the full version of Aatrix without issue. However, my MAS 90 version is only able to run Aatrix is Demo mode. They are both registered properly with my company codes. They are both on my server being accessed via a workstation (the same one). Aside from having my old registration codes, does anyone have an idea why one remains in demo mode?

    Wierd. I entered my v2013 codes for the MAS 90 version and it is now working......

    I believe there was something about the registration codes in the writeups, which is dumb as sometimes they can't just be changed due to third party products or even extended solutions. Not sure why Aatrix would do this. Too many ramifications.

    I think there is a change in how Aatrix works. I have a customer on 4.3 who is still using old keys and old login to Sage Online and it's apparently working. With the update I think Aatrix now looks to validate your Reg Customer Number

    It may have been with the last product update. I have a client on v4.5 who I helpd a couple weeks back. To activate them, I used old log in to Sage On Line. This was before I installed their PU5. I had the above issue AFTER I installed PU 5. I was not prompted to enter my Sage On Line ID. It automatically looked. No prompting encountered.

    Wow, is this EVER going to be resolved on a permanent basis.  Only been seven years since this post started.  Now on v2020 (PR 2.21.0) and the beat goes on.  Very sad!

    I finally resolved it by copying the SY_FormsEfilingVersion.m4t table from my v2017 (2019 nor 2018 worked) install.  My payroll subscription runs through 12/31/23.  KB 87888 indicates it was fixed in v2019.  Seems to be back or never completely resolved......

    Must be something in the water!!!!  Client is in v2020, PR v2.21.0 just called with exact issue.  Copied the table above from his v2017 install to v2020 and it worked
