Aatrix is pulling in W-2 information rather than ACA information during the 1095 ACA creation and no employees are coming in. Aatrix says that this is a Sage issue. Anyone seen this before?

I've seen employees not get pulled in - the fix for that for my clients has been to go into ACA EmployER Maintenance and change the form code in the middle, then change it back. Sometimes you have to check all of the check boxes, save, then uncheck them all.

@BethBowers Thanks Beth - We had that as well, but in this case we are combining files from multiple companies and when it imports them if you look closely it is clearly bringing in W-2 information.

John, the thing I have seen is the payroll module date has to be 12/31/2016 to get ACA data from 2016, try that.

Refresh this thread. It also helps that the Aatrix form code agrees with the form code specified in the ACA EmployER maintenance panel (i.e. if you select the 1095B form, nothing will appear if the 1095C form is specified in Employer maintenance.....

I've had this happen to 2 clients over the last 2 days and what Beth suggested about changing the form code in ACA Employer Maintenance, accepting, and changing it back is what is solving it.
