Sage 100 Advanced Payroll v2.23.0. I have 2 clients reporting this issue. This appears to have started after the Aatrix updates began rolling out at year end. When processing a form for company ABC, the client needs to enter their 3rd party preparer information. They eFile the form and then change to company XYZ to do their form. They need to re-enter the 3rd party preparer information. When they switch back to company ABC to process a different form, they need to re-enter the preparer information again. They insist they never had to do this before end of year updates were installed. The one client has 100's of companies that they process for, so this is a major pain for them. Is anyone else seeing this as a problem and have any input? Of course, Aatrix says it's Sage and Sage says it's Aatrix. Thanks!
