Aatrix 1099 ""Red"" copies to the Government - Just when you thought you had it figured out. In trying to figure out what forms to buy, I printed the recipient form (four per page with printing on the back) JUST as they previewed on the screen. So when I previewed the IRS government copy (it looked like Aatix was going to print everything as that is how it previewed), I didn't bother to print it. Today, I am helping a client print them. I tell them to put in plain paper was the IRS is accepting black printing now. Low and behold, when they print, ONLY the variable information prints. NOT the template stuff. You still need the preprinted red form. WTF. Why not display the information that way!!!
