  • 1.  Aatrix & 1099-NEC

    I tried to run the 1099-NEC in Aatrix for v2020.1 and chose to print all forms (was testing for a specific customer situation) and when it came to load the 1099-NEC it errored out.  Indicating:  Missing form page C:\PF(x86)\Common Files\Sage\Aatrix\Forms\1099-NEC_State.afm.  Clicked OK and then received:  Error loading form 1099-NEC_State for Task.

    I did update forms at the beginning of the process.  I did test using the 1099-MISC and it processed correctly.  
    On Aatrix Sage 100 Website, Forms Library, the 10999-NEC isn't even listed amongst the other 1099's.  
    Hopefully Aatrix will be updating this sooner than later?

    Since it is a new form this year,  I assume it will be included in the Aatrix update in the next week or so.

    I was told that this form would not be ready until Dec. 17th.

    I updated the Aatrix AP today and the NEC form seems to be available for downloading.

    Are the 1099-NEC options Sage 100 version specific?  I installed the Aatrix 1099 updates today, but no NEC type is available to choose ... Sage 100 Advanced v5.30

    Is that 2016?  I don't think Sage went that far back with the fix.  I think you have to be on v2018 or later with a specific PU installed.

    For versions lower than those listed by Wayne, you can download a web version of Aatrix; export the Sage 100 2020 1099 data (VI or a Crystal report); then import it into the web Aatrix program.  Attached is a copy of Aatrix's file layout.
