Aatrix 1099 eFiling v2016 Std. Just filed seven 1099's electronically (i.e. Let Aatrix do all the mailing for me, so simple). One of the last steps is the ability to print a letter to forward to the recipients instructing them how to access their 1099 on line. Here is the odd duck. For those vendors that provided their FEIN, the letter was customized with the vendor's name. For those vendors that provided SS #'s. the letter was blank (without a name). Is this an Aatrix bug or did I miss a step during the process???

I know there are 2 sets of columns re names in Aatrix and Sage only fills in the second set. If you scroll on the left side you will see some columns prior to the ones that originally show. Guessing that's what they use for the letter?

Jeepers..... Perhaps the second field is ""optional"" also... Too lazy to do the right thing and we are supposed to know that for SS #'s we are supposed to copy the data over???
