Hi all. I have a client trying to move their Sage 100 Advanced 2018 system to a new Azure-hosted Windows 2019 Datacenter server (IT and the client insisted on moving forward with the unsupported OS) and deploy a Windows 10 Virtual Desktop environment for the users. I can RDP to this machine and launch the Sage client fine, but when we access via the web connection, everyone receives a  "A Sage 100 Session has already been initiated. Please wait while the session is being started.". I can launch the client in MAS90-mode, but I'm not sure what that means? I also uninstalled and reinstalled the client while inside the web client (I did have to enter my domain admin password at each step) and made sure that all Users were granted full rights to the Sage sharepoint as well as the client's Sage folder. Could this have anything to do with permissions of the Windows account accessing the webspace? I asked IT to contact Sage Support directly but Sage refuses to help them so they are back at me again, but I can't find anything useful about this message at all so far. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

No, we were never able to get anything resolved so the client decided to scrap the WVD path and implemented a load-balanced terminal server environment instead.
