A return of goods is currently referencing this purchase order"" Sage message. Does anyone know if this is being fixed, has been fixed? I thought I had seen/heard something on this but can't find anything on here.

I just had this yesterday! Verified no receipts existed, had everyone exit MAS, reinitialized PO receipt d/e files then rebuilt PO sorts and problem solved. I should mention, this was 4.05..... (Sorry if that doesn't help!)

This is going on in 4.40 and the return record does not clear from the PO_PO_ReceiptReturnMatRqByPO data file. There is a document on Sage's KB about this, but it says it is still being reviewed. But I swear I had heard this was fixed ..

This was fixed in v4.4.8. I have Job Ops client that I had to get special clearance to install this patch on v4.4.7 a couple months ago. Unfortunately, they called with same problem last week.

Yeah, that was the posting I had seen before. I remember now I had the program ""fix"" too for this JobOps client but it has done no good. Sage's 4.50.2 release notes also say that it is fixed.
