A return of goods is currently referencing this purchase order"" message. I have customers that continue to have stranded records in the PO_ReceiptReturnMatRqByPO file. Sage's KB claims that this was fixed in version 4.5.2.0. My customer is on a later version of 4.5 than that. Are anyone else's customers continuing to experience this problem?

I honestly did not hearthat Sage had corrected that, I want to say that I have had the occasional problem on a client that is running 2013. but are you describing a more consistent or repetitive issue?

Yes, I've seen it but only occasionally. I think when I'm seeing it someone has deleted a batch of receipts and the file does not get cleared. I was wondering if you were seeing this on a consistent basis at your client

I just had this problem today caused by the printer freezing in the middle of the update. I reinitialized these two files: PO_ReceiptReturnMatRqByPO file and the PO_ReceiptVarianceCalculation.m4t. We are using batch entry so made a backup and then closed out all Receipts except the ""bad"" one then reinitialized.

Concur with @DavidOverholt - deletions don't seem to completely go away leaving stranded records.
