A question that came up after I was talking about Socialcast this morning was: ""How do I get a daily digest?"".
Go to Settings> Notification Settings. There's a dropdown at the very bottom of the page that lets you select Daily, Weekly, or Never. That's in addition to the notifications from the groups.
