I would inquire as to what Sage certifications she holds. Her LinkedIn shows general consulting and accounting/bookkeeping. I'm just afraid of admitting someone who might be looking to avoid paying Sage for support.

That's the next step if no one knows her.

Sorry, got side tracked trying to research info on Erin yesterday. I don't know Erin and have not meet her in the past. Like Wayne, her website is a bust which is concerning since Linked In says she has been practicing since 2001. Either the start date in Linked In is incorrect, she is rebuilding her website, or she isn't very invested. Not sure which.

I just sent her an email asking her for credentials. I'll update here when I know more.

Sorry about not getting back. I went offline to Destin last week:) I have not met her.
