A member of our team is trying to install the bar code module for a client and it's not listed as an option. There is a KB article 43118 that describes the issue and suggests doing a reg edit. They wanted me to check with the group to see if anyone else had experienced the issue and if there is an alternate resolution. Thanks in advance. Pam

If you're installing 2018 it's now called 'Mobility for Bar Code'.

I have had to do the regedit fix for VI before, if it is not avaialbable the system thinks it is already installed. The regedit fix just makes it available.

I have done it for various modules before also when a prior install has crashed or something.
