    A good explanation of Sage's ROR policy. Duly noted that this is from 2009 and labeled as Sage 300 / CRM. I'm guessing it applies across the ERP line. Just spotted it posted in the partner portal.

    Requests for change in ROR that result in a customer being serviced by a new ROR that does not have a local presence where such customer is located shall be permitted by Sage in its sole discretion on a case by case basis."" Now, there's some 20th century thinking. Sage should wake up to the reality that the CUSTOMER is in charge of who they'd like to serviced by.
