A few quick thoughts / reminders - if you have any concerns please post here. I think these are all pretty straightforward.
1. Looks as if Synthesis (WordPress hosting) is back accepting customers - $27/mo for hosting. We definitely need to improve the reliability and speed of 90minds.com site. We are using Hostcentric now and they are cheap (about $120/year I think) but very slow and we've seen some periods of downtime.
Moving was previously discussed - without objections I'm going to subscribe sometime this week and start the process of moving the data over.
2. Backup of WordPress site - this is another thing that we pretty much have to do. If the site were to suffer a loss of data then we'd be up the creek unless the host happened to have a current backup. Vaultpress is what I propose we use - $ 165/year. It all backs up off-site.
3. Member online listings - I've toyed back and forth with whether we should offer these (I think so) and whether we should charge members (probably not)..
I'm at the point where I think we should tell members that we're going to offer it free for the first year and after that time we'll evaluate whether there will be a fee.
I've roughed out what I think we could use at the link below. I'm using a free mapping plugin though I would probably upgrade to a paid one at about $100 so that visitors could enter in their location and receive names of companies within x miles.

4. We are ramped up with our ads for vendor members. I've met with the members who are due online ads and most have supplied me the image and links they want to use.
5. Invitations have been sent to all the vendor members (6 total) to attend this Thursday 7/17/14 webinar regarding Sage Summit. The plan is to give each a 2 minute spot to introduce themselves.
I think since our MOTM is so far away we need to work at adding value for the vendor members who've committed to our program. Where needed we should err on the side of giving the vendor members too much (within reason) versus too little.
