A customer wants to move their period end customer statement printing to Knowledgesync. Before I start converting the standard form, has anyone already created a 'report' that mimics the standard AR statement? Creating the opening balance amount and the proper aging buckets looks daunting.

I think we did something similar to this several moons ago for a client who wanted to send out customer statements every Sunday night to their Salesman. As with practically everything KnowledgeSync, we used an Access PTQ db instead of the linked files that KS defaults to (MUCH easier to install and configure!!!!) From there, we probably created a select query to manipulate the data. We finished the process with a Crystal report that was sent to the recipient as a PDF. Since this client has since changed software packages twice since I last worked with them, I no longer have access to what we did there but I can check with my programmer to see what information he still has.
