    A customer on Sage 100 Standard 4.50.4.0 is trying to add a new user. They run into the attached problem...there are no companies listed in the drop-down box. Therefore, the system will not let them add a new user. There was a similar article in the KB that recommended resetting the grid panel. I did that with no success.

    Scroll over to the right - it is probably there. I've had the same issue.

    I had the same issue last week and the reset the grid worked... Good to know - @ThereseLogeais

    i see this pretty frequently and a grid reset seems to resolve it.

    I had the same issue....can you say "" Bug"" or as I was instructed to say ""enhancement request"" ;)

    I have seen this in v4.4 also.
