A customer (MAS90 4.4)asked if I could make the email address field in Customer Maintenance a required field when adding a new customer. I went to User-Defined Field and Table Maintenance, AR Customer Master Table to Advanced Field Settings, and chose the emailaddress field. The required field is locked and when i hover over it is says the required field defaults to required and cannot be changed. Yet the field in not required when a customer is added. What am I missing?
