A customer just pulled an email out of their junk box that appears to come from Sage Payment Solutions. Below is the body of the message. Does anyone know if this legit or spam?
Sage is dedicated to servicing our customers and keeping you informed of the latest industry news. As you may have heard, a $7.2 billion class action settlement has been reached with Visa and MasterCard. You may be eligible to file a claim and receive settlement funds if, during the period between 2004 and present, you accepted Visa and MasterCard for payment.
In our ongoing effort to assist our customers, Sage has partnered with Refund Recovery Services* to assist merchants like you to receive your share of the settlement money if you are eligible. As a potential class member, you have the option to file a claim on your own. However, if you do not wish to file your own claim, Refund Recovery Services can file on your behalf to seek your potential settlement.
