A customer has been using MAS200 2014 with a Citrix server for a couple of months now. All of a sudden, after printing AP checks, the system throws up the attached 'APPCRASH' error, and MAS doesn't think the checks have been printed. This happens from any workstation. Does anyone know how to track this down?

Sorry I mean to say into the SAGE 100 ERP 2014 system. The Citrix server is not the issue.

I have done the formula fix before but then later another problem happens where you don't get the update check register prompt, the check number doesn't increment and the system doesn't think checks have been printed. I would recommend creating a NEW AP check form completely.

@MaryMays are you sure that's with AP? Those sound like the symptoms of PR check printing if you don't run WKSUPDATE (or manually copy some DLLs to where they need to be) for version 2013.

Yes - similar to what has happened to PR but in AP. Sage said they could duplicate it sometimes... usually when printing more than 25 checks or so. No clear reason from Sage - may be due to very old forms being upgraded several times. We now DO NOT use the formula - just create a new AP Check form for all 2013 or 2014 upgrades. I had issues with 3 out of 5 upgrades before I decided to create new forms for all. It was very strange as it would work for a period of time (2 or 4 check runs) and then break.
