Sage CRM

A customer has 20,000 customers. They want to manage just 1,000 of them (all from one salesperson ID) in CRM. Wondering how we can use the relationship wizard to just pass those 1,000 customers to CRM only?

I'm not sure there is a way to do so. Unless someone else has a method to control the links, an option would be to set up CRM security to hide all accounts except the ones for the particular salesperson.

What I have done in the past is exported the data out of MAS then imported into CRM then linked the two together. Just wondering if there was a better way.

A program change might restrict the wizard to customer-contacts for that salesperson - what version are they running?
