A client of ours cannot have two Sage Intelligence templates open at the same and have both display the Task Pane. The first one opens fine, but running a second SI report (while the first template is still open) causes the 2nd template to open without the task pane. We've tried clicking on ""Add-Ins>Report Designer Add-In>Show Task Pane"" but no luck. We've also tried reversing the order of the reports, but the results are always the same. Has anyone experienced this before? I did notice the client's excel add-in ""PLDRILL.Connect"" is not showing (I'm looking to get this installed), so perhaps that might be causing the issue?
