A client just reported that one pay stub was not electronically delivered. This has happened once before a few months ago. They email out around 50 pay stubs each week. Is there a log I can check to help track down the cause?

Don't think so. This is a big sore thumb that is on their to do list. Just not sure what decade. My guess is that ALL available resources are being dedicated to the new user interface so don't get your hopes up for any other improvements in v2016. There was a promise/hope that they would improve the purchases clearing report/clean up, Per a recent communication earlier this week. ""Well, that was right at the top of the list but for a variety of reasons it isn't going to make it. I knew PO History would shine more of a light on this ugly issue so I am hoping that we might be able to do something with this sooner instead of later. I'm not sure we will be revealing the full list for 2016 at Summit.................

Kathryn, are they direct deposit stubs? - did you look in Payroll> direct deposit > direct deposit stub viewer? what is under the ""Sent"" column N=Not Sent, Y=Sent P = Pending if it is ""Y"" then your email (exchange?) server delivered it and you can look in that log if it is ""P"" then some error or denial happened on the email side.

Thanks for the suggestions @DavidOverholt. Yes, these are Direct Deposit stubs. I'll check now.

Good grief those PR stubs are secure. The stub was indeed Pending. I'm able to view the PDF but can't see a way to resend.

Found it. Needed to look in Payroll Direct Deposit PO stub viewer, not employee self service in PO.
