@gene - thats the problem. The person in charge of purchasing/inventory is new and no one really knows where the printed reports may have been saved on the server. They aren't even sure of the date of the transaction. I have all of the transactions from ca_itemTransactionHistory and transaction type but don't see a way to link to the register number.
@jeff - paperless office isn't turned on and no one knows why. This is a client that switched over to us late last year.
