    A client is having issues with Paperless office hanging or taking a very long time to respond for print preview of journals/registers. I've also noticed error 15 in PL_CommonUtility.M4P about a dozen times in the last couple of days. Sage eludes to updating the pdf path in paperless office for resolving this error. I suppose I can see that if a large number of documents are being put into a bulk directory it would slow down. I'll check the paths, but are there any other things that slow paperless office down and how do you address them? (BTW Sage 100 Advanced version 4.50)

    I think it's easier to NOT load data on initial viewer access (in PL Options). You can then select the appropriate search criteria WITHOUT the wait. Just my .02.

    Paperless still has a long way to go. The speed in which it handles large #'s of files leaves a lot to be desired.

    Which is why I choose to not load data on initial access...

    @ThereseLogeais - you've left me perplexed, how do you not load data on intital access? Is that strickly referring to the Paperless Office viewers?

    I see what you're referring to now @ThereseLogeais. Thanks that will help with the viewers. Now just to get the generation of the journal and registers faster...

    Complain on the MAS90 Alpha community board about the outdated amunyi pdf driver. I tried and did not get anywhere. They think their 2008 driver is fine for windows 8 etc.

    Oh lord, another place to post to? I appreciate the suggetion @JohnnyPabian and suppose I'll add that to the departments available to complain to about Sage issues. Wouldn't it be great if we just had a central department to log all these issues and not be charged a support case for them?
