A client has been successfully using Microsoft Fax service in 4.40 with PO's and SO's, then it 'suddenly' started leaving the cover page in the fax queue as pending, with a blank fax doc as the second page. They had lock file issues which I resolved with registry settings, so something obviously happened.....but of course there's been ""no updates or changes at the server or workstations"". Ideas?

I suspect you have a left over locked file which you have to delete not just in the registry but also in one of the folders.

I renamed the entire MAS90\Lock file at the start of all this, is there more that I need to do?
