A client called Friday regarding changes to reporting due to the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare). I know several things have been addressed in Sage 100 regarding the changes. However the customer is still nervous so I am doing a lot of digging to see if Sage HRMS would be a better fit for him. They have a 401K and provide health insurance for their employees so they would like to move to better automation for reporting. I've looked for some white papers in the Sage HRMS slideshare site. Does anyone have some other resources that I can possibly share to help reassure my client that the switch to Sage HRMS would take care of his reporting concerns?

Hard to image that your client is the only one in this Affordable Care Act boat. Not knowing exactly how they use Sage 100 payroll, it is very difficult to even begin to comment on your question. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. How much money do they have? Without a doubt, Abra is the more powerful solution. But be prepared to ask for a boatload of money for this solution PLUS a lot of patience form the end user. The only thing these products share in common is the name Sage (thank God for Pachal's push for branding)!
