a big announce must be forthcoming. Especially due to the non-committal of the Alchemex purchase. And the eerie quiet? Guesses? I am thinking buyout.

They've had full company meetings before - I don't necessarily think it's a buyout

why wouldn't that announce publicly the Alchemex purchase?

They may have wanted to wait until earnings release, maybe UK wanted to announce, who knows. I think Alchemex folks spilled the beans and once it was out they had to admit it.

I do not believe that Sage North America is really driving the bus here. It is possible that there's some type of buyout/sale of NA - however recall that Sage North America never even posted a press release when Healthcare was sold. The announcement came from Sage UK. My guess on what this all hands meeting is: - Sale of Healthcare (reassure people that other Sage siloed businesses aren't up for sale) - Key executive introductions - make it seem like everything is normal despite 17+ VP's leaving - Reiterate the company goals - organic growth - Reiterate how great the re-branding is going to be and how everyone needs to help Also remember that there's a branding call -- I think it's on 10/28? They are supposed to be revealing the new product names then. Surely if Sage has figured out product names they'd want to have this conversation internally with their own company before telling everyone else.
