  • 1.  940 for 2026 showing wages in wrong quarter

    I don't know if most people just run the 940 at year end and rely on the Sage Unemployment report the rest of the year, but have verified from one client that although the totals are correct, running the 940 for 2026 puts the Qtr 1 wages in the Qtr 4 bucket on the Aatrix report.  Will be interesting to see what happens with Qtr 2 wages...

    @Beth Bowers – I think the issue is that Aatrix hasn't released the 2026 940 Form yet.  So – Aatrix is still pulling in the 2025 940 Form.  And it does actually still say  "2025 940 Report" even if you're looking at Q1 2026 Data.  So I think you are right in thinking it is on the Aatrix side of the house.

    Shouldn't the 2026 940 be available already?  Was it released and then pulled?
