This will be a tight agenda. I particularly want to start to address the concerns raised about compensation. To help speed that, here are some questions that might relate; they are in no particular order. I am sure some of you have better ones to add/substitute.
* Total $$ spent in paid positions have been ~$65k since paid positions were first created. So, is this the correct amount?
* Which portions of paid work can/should be in one person (ED), and which should NOT be the same as ED?
* How should we publicize these positions within 90 Minds?
* Have we clearly defined the expected tasks and outcomes for these jobs?
* How is the Board approving them? How should we memorialize those decisions?
* How should the Board consider these appointments and oversee them?
* Does the Board need regular Executive sessions? If so, how should we handle them?
