What each should do in advance to make the most of it for priorities to get through each write down what last year goals were and how we did and goals for next year should be and circulate

? Decide whether we must grow beyond Sage 100 and, if so, the steps we will try in the upcoming year.
? Evaluate our implicit and explicit goals from 2017 and explicitly decide what changes to make in those areas.
? Evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of our Affiliate membership program.
? In light of the above 3 areas, decide what is working and not in our committees, events and other initiatives.
? Outline our plan to develop leadership from our members.
