Jim, please put on the agenda a review of the MOTM 2018/19 plans. A two year commitment/deposit is something new to the board and I have talked to several board members who were unaware of this change. We need to keep all board members in the loop. TIA

I thought Jim has covered this last Admin Meeting? He said we'd get much better pricing with a two year contract, instead of one for the Sheraton.

Since this is our **MAJOR** expense of the year, it makes sense to bring it to the board for a final review. If there are no questions - GREAT. If there are questions - GREAT. Jim will be able to provide the answers. We get the added benefit of having it in the minutes that the board discussed it and all was good.

Here are the financials Still have some money left to spend for MOTM 2017 - Jim W event management fee and Amazon gift card for 90M member speaker thank you stipend. 2016 tax return preparation is in process. Due date is 5/15. An extension will be filed if necessary.
