Financials through 9/30. Receivables are outstanding from the ""Fellows"" billing. As of today, this amount is down to $4,300. Eide Bailey and DSD are the two most significant receivable. For the Oasis group, dues invoice for just over $36K were sent out this week. To date, two affiliates have joined up for 2018. These invoices will be sent out over the weekend. I would like to discuss in new business the waiving of Wayne's annual fee ($150) and also would like to discuss waiving Lourdes Sobrino's annual fee as she is still without power in Puerto Rico. Possibly even discuss sending a relief ""package"" to her. Not sure what, but I would like the group to do something for one of our own. Waiving Lourdes fee is not without precedent. We waived Kim Anderson's fee several years back when he was in a terrible car accident. I do not have a 2018 budget yet. September was busy trying to Sage's bidding.

Attached are the minutes from today's meeting. I would like to make a correction to the minutes of last month's meeting. It was not held at 12:30 **AM** CDT but at 12:30 **PM** CDT.
