90 Minds Town Hall Recap

August 2025 | Member Engagement Update

Thanks to everyone who took the time to join our recent Town Hall. These informal gatherings are an important way to stay connected across the 90 Minds community, share what's happening behind the scenes, and create space for open dialogue and collaboration.

We covered a lot of ground-here's a quick recap, a few takeaways from the post-event survey, and what's coming next.

 Meeting Highlights

• Strategic Vision & Sage Collaboration:
Anne and Gary kicked off the session with updates on our growth strategy and evolving relationship with Sage, including the upcoming August 7 Development Roundtable. We're continuing to build alignment around transparency, communication, and meaningful input from our members-especially as we strengthen the Intacct and 100 communities side-by-side.

• Committee Updates & Opportunities to Get Involved:
Committees shared updates on new initiatives, resources, and upcoming events:
  - Education: Planning new training, webinars, and hands-on workshops (including how to use the Content Library and Power BI).
  - Events: Previewed Meeting of the Minds 2026 plans-yes, the annual pickleball and golf tournaments are back!-and introduced new virtual and in-person events.
  - Content Library: Encouraging members to share tips, documents, and write-ups.
  - Membership & Tech: Focused on growing participation, refining member benefits, and evaluating the Higher Logic platform.
  - New! Communication & Outreach Committee: Now forming-join us if you're interested in helping shape how we connect across the organization.

• A Few Fun Moments:
  - Our first-ever 90 Minds theme song debut (thanks, Todd!)
  - Amazon gift card drawings – congrats to Eric L., Martha, Sue B., and Debby H.!
  - Early plans shared for Tuesday activities, a Haunted Hotel Del tour, a boat cruise, and more at MOTM 2026.

 Survey Feedback

We appreciated your honest reflections in the post-event survey. Here's what stood out:

• 92% of attendees found the Town Hall valuable, with 75% learning something new-especially about how 90 Minds functions and what's ahead.
• Most valuable moments included:
  - Updates from committees
  - Gary and Anne's vision-setting
  - Having Sage participate in the conversation
  - Seeing new voices at the table

• Feedback emphasized a desire for:
  - More opportunities to ask questions in advance
  - Deeper dives into member-relevant content
  - Continued focus on community building across consulting, tech, and business roles
