    Dear 90 Minds Members,

    You asked for it and now we can deliver it.  SAGE would like to hear from you.  As a 90 Minds Member, your feedback is important to us and to SAGE.  Please complete the attached survey from SAGE to the 90 Minds Membership. Many thanks to those of you who have already taken the time to share. 

    The purpose of this survey is for this community to provide direct feedback.  So please share as much or as little as you see fit.   The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete depending on your responses.  This survey contains many open-ended questions, that allow you to provide as much feedback as you would like to share.  

    All of the information is confidential but will be shared with members and SAGE at a future roundtable (date TBD).  Your participation is voluntary, but we can't emphasize enough how important it is that we hear from YOU!

    The deadline to complete this survey is November 24, 2021.

    Just wondering who (department) at Sage is this survey for?  Did Sage really come up with these questions?    The questions are technical, marketing, and partner focused.  I wonder what Sage will really do with the responses if truthful answers are provided.  How many more "deer in the headlight" looks do we suffer through?  Why should we believe this will be any different from any other survey given in the past 15 years, especially given the all out Intacct push by Sage?

    Hi Jeff - Thank you for your questions and concerns.  

    I have had a standing meeting with a TEAM from SAGE for several months now.  This survey came directly from these many discussions as well as input all the members have provided.  All information is being reported back to the SAGE TEAM and will be shared and discussed with members next month. 

    I think this is a good time to point out that maybe we need to give new conversations with SAGE a chance and set aside presumptions.  If you provide feedback, assuming the output will only be negative - well you are already setting the tone. 

    I am making a concerted effort to change these conversations and make them as efficient and productive as possible for all sides.  I am very interest-based in these discussions and not position-based.  I think this is important to note. 

    SAGE is very aware of the many frustrations and I believe they do want to improve engagement with partners.  I may be the naive one in the bunch - but I am ok with that and I will continue to push and share as the members see fit.  

    I welcome you to set aside prior assumptions and join the roundtable when it is scheduled with an open mind towards moving forward!
