I'm very late posting this but very exciting stuff @Bill Pfahnl !! These 11 quick wins are so relevant and commonplace. I appreciate the comprehensive work and process you guys at the Mod Squad do every year. I can't imagine how large the original list was that you had to keep painfully narrowing down.
