5.30.3 Standard, live upgrade. During test, company maintenance hung when trying to access to convert data, followed the resolution to delete Activate.pvx and double click the $ACTPVX batch file. Resolution worked and life went on. Today I'm doing the live upgrade, same thing but following the resolution isn't working. It still hangs. Originally the keys were bad (at time of test), they sent me new keys and now the keys on the portal are different again. I did try the new keys, they worked/activated. I can put the old back in but I think I had the hanging problem under the old keys too. I also reinstalled program files just for giggles. Any other ideas on how to stop Company Maintenance from hanging?
