5.3.0 Premium.. Displaying the business insights dashboard (all dashboards selected). Getting an error 26 ES_Generate.pvc line 1064. Sage is no help. I had the unfortunate luck of getting a Sage support rep that is useless. I have talked to this person many times over the last 20 years and he is clueless. If he can't find it in the knowledge base he is at a dead end.

Why do the useless techs stick around??? Sounds like it is time to escalate the case to someone who knows or can at least research it for you.

And why is this person on the tools team? Holy smokes, if they can't fire him, at least leave him on basic AP/AR. How the heck did this tool get promoted to tools?

Have you checked out the Top Customer html file that is referenced in the error message? Opened it with notepad or the like? Can you get any clues from it? Is it the last file accessed based on windows date time stamp in the directory? If not, what is?
